Born in a beachside garage from the idea that everyone - travelers
and locals alike - should always be conscious of where we are: to respect, preserve,
support, and to be immersed in the places we live, and in our travels.

We’ve all seen the obnoxious, clueless tourist—selfie stick in hand, rockin’ their new Big Box “surf” Tee, walking on fragile dunes, disturbing wildlife for their "perfect" shot, wreaking havoc on the beach and in the water, along with their total disregard for the place, and the people who call it home.

NONJON Local is for those like-minded souls who support small local
